Patriotic Speech Contest
In order to stimulate students to love the Party, respect the Party and love the motherland, cultivate students' feelings of home and country, and let them form a positive and healthy outlook on life and values, on the afternoon of 10th April, 2024, our school held a speech contest for middle school students with the theme of ‘Forging Ahead on a New Journey and Being Good Successors’ in the lecture hall. After selection, a total of eight boy and girl students represented each department to participate in the finals.
To start with, in the competition, the players appeared in the order of the draw, who were full of spirit and enthusiasm. What’s more, they followed the theme closely and told the red stories and the deeds of advanced characters in sincere and vivid language. On the other hand, the contestants talked freely about their ideals and ambitions, expressing the contemporary youth's loyalty to the Party, their love for the country and their vision for the future, which displayed the spirit of successors in the new era.
In a nutshell, this speech contest not only provided a platform for young students to showcase themselves, but also offered them a profound ideological education and spiritual baptism. Therefore, our school will continue to carry out a variety of patriotic education activities, cultivate patriotic feelings, and strive to train patriotic young people in the new era.
